What is the difference between a disputed transaction and a fraud transaction?

A disputed transaction is a transaction you have made which hasn’t been carried out correctly. For example; you haven’t received what you ordered or you have been charged twice for the same goods or services. A fraud transaction is one that you have neither authorised nor participated in. For example, if your card has been used after you have reported it lost or stolen. Please call our Customer Service team on 0800 008 008* who will be able to help.
