Can I change or reset my username?

Your username cannot be changed or reset. If you have forgotten your username then you will need to contact our Online Service support team on 0800 1510419*. You will then need to have your account disabled and will be required to re-register. When you re-register you will need to provide a new username and will be unable to use your current one.
