How do I find a particular transaction?

You should use the transaction search (select "Transaction search" then "transaction"). To narrow your search, enter as many details as possible. If you have limited details (e.g. date) then enter these to retrieve all possible results. You should then be able to locate the transaction from the transaction list. Click on the transaction to drill down.
