Dispute a transaction

To check the details of all of your transactions, log into your online account with your email address or username and your Barclays Mobile PINsentry or PINsentry card reader to hand.

If you want to report suspected fraud on your account, please call us on 0800 015 9059. We're here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and will do all we can to help. Alternatively, you can report suspected fraud by filling in one of our online fraud claim forms:
