How do I query a transaction on my account?

If you have a problem with a Barclaycard transaction that the retailer or company (or liquidator, where applicable) can’t put right, then you could make a claim with us. If you've got a query on a transaction, we recommend that you start by getting in touch with the company direct. This is likely to be the quickest way to get the resolution you want.

If you've spoken to them, or you don't recognise the company/transaction, we can help you by logging a dispute. If you can provide evidence of your contact with them and their response, that could help support your claim.

Claim online

Our online form is the fastest way to make a claim. We'll explain what we need at every step, and you'll be able to upload photos or digital copies of any supporting evidence we need. You’ll need to be the primary cardholder to apply. If you have more than one Barclaycard, you’ll need to fill out a form for each card.

Call us on 0800 161 5291. Lines are open from 7am – 11pm, Monday to Sunday. To maintain a quality service, we may monitor and record phone calls. Call charges may apply.
