Missing a payment can happen to anyone, but we’re here to help you get back on track. Here you can find out how to make payments and set up account alerts, or what to do if you’re having trouble keeping up with your monthly payments.
Barclaycard online servicing
Designed to fit around you, Barclaycard online account services is free, flexible and secure. Your Online account can remind you when payments are due, provide options to make a payment and set up a direct debit to make sure you don't miss a payment in the future.
Set up a Direct Debit
You can prevent missing a payment by setting up a Direct Debit. Your payment will be made automatically every month from your bank account, as long as you have enough available funds to cover it.
To set up a Direct Debit in online servicing, log in and choose the 'Pay your bill' tab to get to the Direct Debit section.
Set up alerts
Let your account information come to you with our free alerts and updates.
Log in and choose 'Alerts & notifications' which you’ll find in the ‘Your details’ tab in the top menu.

You’ll need your Barclaycard and your credit limit which you'll find on your latest statement.

Sometimes it can be difficult to stay on top of your finances and sudden change in circumstances can leave you with less money to pay your bills.
