Report your lost or stolen card
If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, it’s important to let us know as soon as you can, so we can cancel your card.
Use the Barclaycard app
If you have the Barclaycard app, open it and choose ‘quick links’. Then select ‘Cards’ and then ‘Report card lost or stolen’.
Barclaycard online servicing
Log in and send a secure message. Choose 'Help, messages and phone numbers’ which you'll find under 'Help' in the top menu. It can take up to 24 hours to respond to secure messages.

Report your damaged card
Whether you’ve snapped your card by accident or the chip’s worn away, you can order a new one online in no time.
Use the app
If you have the Barclaycard app, log in and select ‘Cards’, then 'Replace a damaged card' and follow the instructions.
We’ll get your new card to you within three to five working days.
