Report your lost or stolen card

If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, it’s important to let us know as soon as you can, so we can cancel your card.

Use the Barclaycard app

If you have the Barclaycard app, open it and choose ‘quick links’. Then select ‘Cards’ and then ‘Report card lost or stolen’.

Report your damaged card

Whether you’ve snapped your card by accident or the chip’s worn away, you can order a new one online in no time.

Online servicing

Log into your Barclaycard online servicing account, select ‘Account services’ from the menu tab, and click on ‘Order a replacement card’.

Forgotten your username or ID number?

Use the app

If you have the Barclaycard app, log in and select ‘Cards’, then 'Replace a damaged card' and follow the instructions.

We’ll get your new card to you within three to five working days.
