Lost, stolen or damaged cards

Report your lost or stolen card

If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, it’s important to let us know as soon as you can, so we can cancel your card.

If you have an Amazon Barclaycard, you'll need to call us (see below) or send us a message from the 'Help' section of our app.

Use our app*

From the home page, open ‘Cards’ and then select the card you’re concerned about. Then select the option to report a lost, stolen or damaged card and follow the instructions.

You can also use our Next Generation Text or SignVideo services. Find out more about our call charges. Please check with your service provider if you are calling from outside the UK.

Whether you’ve snapped your card by accident or the chip’s worn away, you can order a new one online in no time. If you have an Amazon Barclaycard, you'll need to send us a message form the 'Help' section of our app.

Use our online service

This service isn't available if you have an Amazon Barclaycard. Log in to Barclaycard online servicing, select ‘Manage account’ from the main menu, and choose ‘Order a replacement card’.
