View your PIN

You can get a reminder of your PIN if you use the Barclaycard app or online servicing

How to view your PIN in our app

1. Open the Barclaycard app

2. Log in to the app and select ‘Cards’, next select 'View card details and PIN' or 'View PIN'.

3. Make sure no-ones looking at your screen

4. Select 'view my PIN'

5. Enter the 5 digit code you use to access the app

How to view your PIN in online servicing

1. Log in to online servicing

2. Click ‘Manage account’ in the top menu, then select ‘View your PIN securely’

3. Enter the letters requested from your memorable word

4. Make sure no one is looking at your screen

5. Click ‘View Pin’

Log in to view your PIN Register for online servicing

If you’ve just registered for the app or online servicing or if there have been recent changes or activity on your account, you may be unable to access your PIN instantly. This is to protect your account information from being accessed by an unauthorised person

Changing your PIN

If you’d like to change your PIN, you can do so at most cash machines in the UK.

If you think someone else knows your PIN please change it as soon as possible.

If you’re concerned about fraud on your account please check your statements carefully for any fraudulent activity on your card, and report any suspicious activity as soon as possible on 01604 230 230 or +44 (0)1604 230 230 if calling from abroad.
