Change your payment due date

• There are restrictions on how many times you can make a payment due date change on your Barclaycard. This is to make sure you don’t miss any opportunities to make payments. You can’t change it:
• If you have already changed it twice in last 12 months, or
• If you have already changed it during either your current or your last statement period
• You can’t fix your payment date. This is because our payment dates are linked to the working days of each month. This means that your payment due date may move due to weekends or bank holidays
• If the payment due date you’ve requested isn’t available, we’ll always provide you with the nearest available option.

• There are restrictions on how many times you can change your payment due date on your Amazon Barclaycard. This is to make sure you don’t miss any opportunities to make payments. You can’t change it:
• If you have already changed it twice in our app in the last calendar year, or
• If you have already changed it four times in total, including by calling us, in the last calendar year, or
• If you have already changed it during either your current or your last statement period.

• You can change your payment due date in our app.

1. Open the app and select your Amazon Barclaycard on the home page
2. Select ‘Manage’
3. Then, select ‘Payment due date’.

If you don’t have our app, you can download it from your usual app store, register and then follow the steps above.
