If you love entertainment, you’ll love Barclaycard. Our range of benefits are free, exclusive to Barclaycard customers and open up a unique world of amazing experiences. Getting tickets to an event couldn’t be easier. We’ve got together with one of the UK's biggest ticket agencies, The Ticket Factory, to provide you with easy access to tickets for many top events and gigs across the UK. All you need is a personal Barclaycard to be able to access our pre-sale and on-sale tickets. Plus, enjoy contactless technology at our venues so you’re not waiting to pay at the bar all evening, giving you more time to enjoy the show.

You can only purchase through Barclaycard Entertainment using a personal Barclaycard credit card or Mastercard Barclaycard Corporate card. Please note that all other Barclaycard corporate cards and Barclays debit cards are not accepted.

We’re working behind the scenes to bring you new and exciting entertainment benefits later this year. You’ll have until 11.59pm on Friday 28 July 2017 to take advantage of the Fee Friday benefit before it ends.

The Ticket Factory usually dispatches tickets 7 days before the event. If you haven’t received them and there’s less than 7 days to go before your event please call The Ticket Factory on 0333 300 3010 . Lines are open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. All disabled visitors are advised to call The Ticket Factory’s dedicated ticket line number 0800 640 5001 ( +44 121 796 6071 from outside the UK) when booking tickets. Please inform us at the time of booking if you need a wheelchair space or have specific requirements, so that we can arrange for everything to be ready on your arrival. We will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually-impaired people. Owing to sound levels involved, we strongly recommend that you do not bring Assistance Dogs to concerts or other loud events. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

When you won one of our prize draws, you were sent an email with information about the event and when you should expect to receive your tickets. Tickets are usually sent 7 days prior to the event or will be available to collect at the box office, where you’ll be required to show ID upon collection. If you would like to check the status of your tickets, please email us on entertainment@barclaycard.co.uk

As part of a review of our sponsorship strategy across both Barclaycard and the broader Barclays Group, we have decided to move away from long-term naming rights for the Arena. We’re still committed to focussing on entertainment and have fantastic new benefits that we’re really excited about.
