Get in touch online

Existing customer? Chat to us securely in the app

Open the app to talk to us anytime using 'Chat' for any account related questions. You can find it under 'Contact us' on the help page. It's secure and easy to use and if we can't answer you immediately we'll send you a notification when we reply, so there's no need to wait.

Apple user? Chat to us using Apple Messages

If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can chat with us 24 hours a day, every day, using Apple Messages – whether you have a Barclaycard already or are thinking about getting one.

Service status

If any of our services aren’t working as they should be, you can check for the latest service status updates online. You can also plan ahead and check for scheduled maintenance and downtime.

Barclaycard app

For an easy way to call, download the Barclaycard app. We’ll check a few things the first time you call then after that you’ll get straight through – with no need for all those security questions.
