If your name's changed by deed poll -
You'll need to write to us and enclose a copy of the deed poll with your letter. Please send your letter to:

Step 2 Click ‘Secure message centre’ then ‘Create new message’ and tell us your new name and the reason for the change.
We’ll get back to you, usually within 24 hours, by secure message to let you know if we need more information or if we’ve been able to make the change for you.
