Your payment can take a few days to reach us, so you need to make it in plenty of time.
Set up a direct debit and your payments will be made automatically – either the minimum payment, a set amount decided by you, or the full balance. To set up a direct debit download the Barclaycard app to your mobile or log into or register for Barclaycard online servicing.
Make sure you have enough money in your account to cover payments to ensure your payment doesn’t bounce.
If your payment is currently due at a time of the month when you’re low on funds, you can change the payment due date on your account to one that suits you better. All you need to do is log in to or register for Barclaycard online servicing and send us a secure message – through your 'Help’ menu – with the date you’d prefer. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the nearest available new payment day. Alternatively you can call us and ask us to make the change for you.
Set up free SMS or email payment due alerts and we’ll send you a reminder so you get plenty of time to make the payment. Simply log in to your Barclaycard online servicing account and click on ‘your details’. If you’re not registered, you can register for an account – it only takes a few minutes and you’ll find lots of great ways to help you manage your account online.
