What happens to Apple Pay if I lose my device?

If your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, you can go to icloud.com/find or use the Find My iPhone app to suspend or permanently remove your Barclaycard from that device. This’ll happen even if your device is offline and not connected to a mobile or Wi-Fi network.

As your Barclaycard details aren't stored on your Apple device, there's no need to cancel your credit card. Apple will also be able to remove your card(s) from a device.

You'll need to call us on 0333 200 9090 or, if you're abroad, on +44 1604 230 230 (lines are open 8am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday) to suspend or remove your card from Apple Pay.
