What should I do if my Amazon Barclaycard is lost or stolen?

If you know or suspect your card’s been stolen, or you can’t find it, temporarily freeze it in our app to help prevent fraud. To do this:

  • Open our app
  • Select ‘Cards’ from the home page
  • Choose your Amazon Barclaycard
  • Select ‘Temporary freeze’

This prevents your card being used to pay in stores, online and with Google Pay.

If you find the card soon after, you can unfreeze it in the app.

If not, tell us it’s lost or stolen by sending us a message from the ‘Help’ section of our app or call us on 0800 151 0157. Lines are open 24/7 and calls are free in the UK.

We’ll block your card permanently and send you a new one. You’ll be able to see your new card details in the app instantly and use them to make payments online. Select ‘Cards’ on the home page, then ‘Amazon Barclaycard’.

You should get your replacement card in seven working days. Your new card will have the same PIN unless you’ve asked us for a new one.
