How do I change my date of birth or my nationality?

If we've got the wrong date of birth or nationality for you, you can use the ‘chat’ feature in the Barclaycard app to request a change to your details.

Open or download the app and tap ‘Contact us’ on the help page.

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services Team.

Please note that only the main cardholder can make changes like these on the account.
