My mobile phone number is out of date, what should I do?

Your mobile phone number is used to confirm it's you when you're shopping online, or using some online services.  You can check and update your numbers using online servicing, our app or by calling us on 0333 200 9090. When you update your mobile phone number for security reasons it can take up to 10 working days before you'll be able to use it to confirm it's you, so it's important to update it as soon as you can.

If you're trying to log in, you may be able to use the card security code (CVV) off the back of your Barclaycard instead.  Then once logged in you can update your mobile phone number in the 'Your details' option at the top. If you're unable to log in using your card security code you will need to call us to update your number and our team will also be able to help you with your query.

If you're trying to reset your details you'll need to call us to do this.

If you're shopping online you'll need to choose a different way to confirm it's you. You may be able to select PIN sentry or if you're registered for the app and have a Wi-Fi connection you can confirm it's you with just a few taps.  You need to be 18 or over to use the app. T&Cs apply.

Call us on 0333 202 7900 or +44 1452 828 001 (from abroad) and a member of our team will be able to help you. The line is open 7am - midnight, 7 days a week - call charges may apply. We also offer a Next Generation Text or SignVideo service. For more information visit barclaycard.co.uk/accessibility
