To be able to shop online securely in the future, you'll need to do one (or more) of the following:
- download the Barclaycard app so you can confirm it's you in just a few taps when you're shopping online
- check that we have the right mobile number for you using online servicing, the Barclaycard app or by calling us on 0333 200 9090. Call charges may apply
- request a PINsentry card reader by calling us on 0333 200 9090. Call charges may apply
If you're not able to use any of the 3 methods to confirm it's you then please contact us.
