What's two factor ID and will I need it for Strong Customer Authentication?

Strong Customer Authentication applies two factors of ID when confirming it's you. This can be any two from the following:

  • something you know: e.g. a password or a PIN
  • something you have: e.g. a mobile phone or card
  • something you are: e.g. a fingerprint or facial recognition
