Three working days before your Direct Debit payment is due, we request the funds from your bank, which means that any payments made to your account won’t change the amount that we take through the Direct Debit. If you make any changes to your Direct Debit during this window, they won’t take effect until the following month.
Please note, we can’t cancel a Direct Debit in this period. If you need to stop the payment, you must go to your bank, but this will incur a returned Direct Debit fee, as detailed on your statement.
