No, unfortunately you can’t fix it, because our payment dates are linked to the working days of each month. Each customer’s payment date is fixed to a working day, which changes if it lands on a weekend or bank holiday.
However, you may be able to change your payment date to one that works better for you. Simply log into, or register for Barclaycard online servicing and send us a secure message (see 'Help' menu) with the date you'd prefer. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with the nearest available new payment day.
You can also get in touch with our Customer Services team and ask them to change your payment date for you.
Just keep in mind that there's a limit on the number of times you can change your payment due date. You can't change it:
- if you've already changed it twice in the last 12 months
- if you've already changed it during the current or last statement period.
