No, you aren’t able to fix it as our payment dates are linked to the working days of each month. Each customer’s payment date is fixed to a working day, which will move if it lands on weekends and bank holidays.
However, you may be able to change your payment date to one that works better for you. You can request this by using the ‘chat’ feature in the Barclaycard app. Open or download the app and start a ‘Chat’ which you’ll find under ‘Contact us’ on the help page.
You can also get in touch with our Customer Services team and ask them to change your payment date for you.
Just keep in mind that there's a limit on the number of times you can change your payment due date. You can't change it:
- if you've already changed it twice in the last 12 months
- if you've already changed it during the current or last statement period.
