I'm trying to set up a Direct Debit but my account number and sort code aren't being accepted. What should I do?

Please check to make sure the details you’ve entered are correct. If this doesn't help, you can print a paper Direct Debit form, complete it and send it to us. We'll then send you a letter when your Direct Debit has been set up.

If you want to set up a Direct Debit from a joint account, you'll need to send us a Direct Debit form signed by both account holders.
