When you set up a direct debit you’ll continue to receive your payment reminder alerts.

You can add or amend account alerts in Barclaycard online servicing. Simply select 'Alerts and notifications', which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.

You’ll need to enable push notifications from us to receive payment reminder alerts. Open ‘More’, from the app home page then ‘Settings’, and ‘Push notifications’ to see if they’re switched on.
