Following the Gambling Commission's regulation changes on 14 April 2020, will my card be declined if I try to use it for gambling transactions?

It's the responsibility of the gambling companies to decline your card at the point of payment. If they accept your transaction, and you have enough funds available on your account, it’ll go through as usual.
