If you've got a question about a queried transaction, you can send us a secure message via Barclaycard online servicing. Once you've logged in, select 'Secure message centre', which you'll find under 'Help' in the top menu. Then select 'Fraud' as the subject. We aim to respond to your query as soon as possible.
