Why can’t I see my digital statement in ‘Statement and documents’?

Your monthly statement will be ready a couple of days after your account bills. You'll receive your statement ready alert when it's available.

We'll only produce a statement if there’s been any activity on your account. If there haven’t been any transactions or payments, you won’t get a statement.

Sometimes a statement might not be produced for your security, for example if we've had mail returned from your address. If you think you are missing a statement, you can send us a message in the Barclaycard app or contact us.
