Why can't I view all my statements from the last 12 months in Barclaycard online servicing?

We'll only produce a statement if there has been activity on your account, so if there have not been any transactions or payments a statement will not be produced.

If you can't see your most recent statement and think it should have been produced then please let us know by using the ‘chat’ feature in the Barclaycard app or contact us.
