Why are some statements missing online and in the app?

We'll only produce a statement if there’s been any activity on your account. If there haven’t been any transactions or payments, you won’t get a statement.
If you think you are missing a statement, you can send us a message in the Barclaycard app or Barclaycard online servicing, or contact us.

If you haven’t registered for either of these, you’ll need to do this first. Make sure you’ve got your card with you as you’ll need to enter its details.
