All you need to do is log into, or register for Barclaycard online servicing.
Once you’re logged in, simply go to the 'Help' menu and send us a secure message, with the date you'd prefer. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with the nearest available new payment day.
You can also get in touch with our Customer Services team and ask them to change your payment date for you.
Just keep in mind that there's a limit on the number of times you can change your payment due date. You can't change it:
- if you've already changed it twice in the last 12 months
- if you've already changed it during the current or last statement period.
