How can I change my statement date or payment due date?

In the Barclaycard app – log in, go to the help page and tap ‘Send us a message’ under ‘Contact us’.

In Barclaycard online servicing – log in and you’ll find it under ‘Help’.

Keep in mind that there's a limit to the number of times you can change your payment due date. You can't change it if you’ve:

  • Already changed it twice in the last 12 months
  • Already changed it during the current or last statement period.
