You may be able to change this by using the ‘chat’ feature in the Barclaycard app. Open or download the app and start a ‘Chat’ which you’ll find under ‘Contact us’ on the help page.
You can also get in touch with our Customer Services team and ask them to change your payment date for you.
Just keep in mind that there's a limit on the number of times you can change your payment due date. You can't change it:
- if you've already changed it twice in the last 12 months
- if you've already changed it during the current or last statement period.
