Before ordering a replacement PINsentry device, consider using Mobile PINsentry in our app. It lets you do everything you can with the PINsentry device, and is conveniently accessible through your phone. If you don’t already have it, you can find out how to download and register for the Barclaycard app.
If you have the Barclays app, then you can use MobilePINsentry there.
You need to be aged 16 or over and have a Barclays current account, mortgage account or a Barclaycard to use our app.
