My mobile phone number is out of date so I can't confirm it's me when I'm shopping online. What do I do?

You'll need to choose a different way to confirm it's you. You may be able to select PIN sentry or if you're registered for the app you can confirm it's you with just a few taps.

If you can't select another way to confirm it's you we won't be able to approve your payment.

You can check and update your numbers using Barclaycard online servicing, our app or by calling us on 0800 151 0900. Call charges may apply. When you update your mobile phone number for security reasons it can take up to a week before you'll be able to use it to confirm it's you.

Your mobile phone number is also used for logging into online servicing and when resetting your security details online so it's important to update it as soon as you can.
