If you don't recognise a transaction on your statement, you should log into Barclaycard online servicing, view your transactions and click on the one you don't recognise for more detail.

If you still don't recognise the transaction, you can raise a query in Barclaycard online servicing, or call us on 0800 161 5291 from 7am – 9pm Monday to Friday, or 8am – 6pm on Saturday.
