Why can't you tell me what I'm getting wrong when I'm trying to log in?

Your security details work in combination to protect your account. If we revealed which of them were incorrect, your level of protection would be lower.

If you've forgotten your Username/ID number and know your 16-digit card number, you can click the link to use your card number instead. Then you'll be able to enter your Passcode and Memorable word as normal. Your card number can be found on your statements if you don't have your card to hand.

If you've forgotten your passcode or your memorable word, you can click the 'Don't know my details' link when you're asked for them during log in. For security you'll need to know your Barclaycard details including your expiry date and card security code (CVV). If you don't know these details you'll need to call us. If you need a replacement card you can call our Customer Services Team to order a new one.

Once you've logged in, you can change your security details at any time by selecting Secure login details which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.

Call us on 0800 161 5300 (from a landline), 0333 202 7900 (from a mobile) or +44 1452 828 001 (from abroad) and a member of our team will be able to help you. The line is open 7am - midnight, 7 days a week - call charges may apply. We also offer a Next Generation Text or SignVideo service. For more information, visit barclaycard.co.uk/accessibility.
