Can I change my ID number to something that's easier to remember?

Yes, you can change your ID number to an easy to remember Username anytime, just log into your account and select 'Secure login details' which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu. From there you can change any of your login details.

Remember, you can always use your 16-digit card number instead of your ID number or Username to log in.
