If I don’t have an up to date Barclaycard or mobile number, how can I log in?

From time to time you'll be asked to confirm it's you when you log in.  When this happens you won’t be able to log in to your account online if you don't have either your card security code (CVV) or a registered mobile phone number.

You can check and update your numbers and ask for a replacement card using online servicing, our app or by calling us on 0333 200 9090 - call charges may apply. When you update your mobile phone number for security reasons it can take up to a week before you'll be able to use it to confirm it's you.

Your mobile phone number is also used for resetting your security details and shopping online so it's important to keep it up to date.

If you already have the Barclays or Barclaycard app, you can continue to use it in the same way with your 5-digit app passcode, Touch ID or Face ID. You need to be 18 or over to use the app. T&Cs apply.
